Devin Matyus is the founder and creative force behind Digory’s Desserts. A lifelong ice cream enthusiast, Devin has tasted standout ice cream in all 48 continental U.S. states and brings over five years of commercial food service and operations experience to every dessert she creates. A Purdue alum with a Penn State Ice Cream Certificate and a background in supply chain and entrepreneurship, Devin blends technical skill with genuine joy—crafting desserts that turn ordinary events into something unforgettable.
